Early Arrival & Late Departure: an additional convenience fee applies for all check-ins or late check-outs outside of our standard policy. While we always strive to accommodate these requests, they are subject strictly to same-day availability and cleaning schedules and cannot be guaranteed. To request a change to your scheduled times, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
The Drift is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property inside all units. To protect the comfort of all guests, outdoor smoking is prohibited within 15 feet of any door or window. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied for any violations.
We love our furry guests, but we take great pride in our grounds.
Relief Area: All pets must be taken to the designated Pet Relief Area across the street.
Landscaping Protection: Please DO NOT allow pets to relieve themselves on the grass, garden beds, or any other landscaped areas on the property.
Waste Removal: Please pick up after your pet immediately. A $50 fee will be assessed for any uncollected waste.
Leash Rule: Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside your unit.
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone on Lake Taneycomo, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please park in designated space. If you are bringing a boat or trailer, please ensure it is parked in the designated trailer area to keep our driveways clear for emergency vehicles and other guests.
Guests are responsible for any damages to the unit or furnishings. This includes excessive cleaning needs or damage caused by pets. Fees will be assessed based on the cost of repair or professional cleaning. By confirming this reservation, guests authorize The Drift to maintain a tokenized record of the payment card provided with an $100 incidentals hold. We reserve the right to charge this card for any property damages, smoking violations ($200 fee), or excessive cleaning requirements discovered within 5 days of departure.
